As manager of Ashburner Francis' maintenancemenu division, Geoff is responsible for managing and coordinating our Facility Maintenance Management services. Geoff acts as the point of contact for clients, managing the audits, schedules maintenance, repairs and replacement of their plant and equipment.
Although based in Brisbane, maintenancemenu services are offered to all existing and new clients throughout Australia. Geoff will coordinate with local tradesman to ensure all client buildings are correctly monitored and maintained.
Michael Heaslip Facility Management Coordinator
As part of the maintenancemenu team, Michael coordinates and manages the maintenance of building plant and equipment for clients throughout Australia including remote regions.
As well as undertaking plant and equipment audits, determining maintenance requirements and writing condition reports, Michael works with the maintenancemenu manager to coordinate and manage the ongoing maintenance of site plant and equipment for our clients.

Shane has seven years' experience in mechanical contracting in various projects for clients such as Telstra, Queensland University of Technology, Allamanda Private Hospital and Ipswich City Council.
His projects have included building services refurbishments, facility management, contractor coordination, investigation of building services and recommendations for replacement including detailed cost analyses, project management, assessment and coordination of construction activities, and strategic planning for staged removal and replacement of major plant items.

A licensed fitter and mechanical, Toby has worked with numerous clients on a variety of projects since beginning his career.
More recent projects include the Sydney International Airport T1 Departures Terminal, Gold Coast International Airport, Brisbane Domestic Airport, Robina Town Centre, Westfield Chermside, Westfield Sydney Central, Ipswich City Council Offices and Marina Mirage Shopping Centre.

Trevor Barlow is a long-standing member of our team, and holds qualifications in mechanical, electrical and lighting engineering.
Trevor has undertaken asset and maintenance management projects at various locations for Qld Fire and Rescue Service, Main Roads, Ipswich City Council and the Gold Coast University Hospital. Project experience includes asset inspections, maintenance strategies and condition audits.
